An e-unit is charged for each of the following - 1) Creating a form for online completion by an informant or client 2) Scoring a form to produce profiles and a narrative report 3) Printing a paper form for manual completion by an informant or client, and 4) Key entering data from a paper form. Typically, you need two e-units for an assessment - one for form completion and one for scoring. If you print a form for manual completion (by informant or key-entry of paper/printed form), you need three e-units - one for printing the form, one for key-entry, and the third for scoring.
